Once you give us the go-ahead, we\u2019ll commence a comprehensive search of properties available for sale within your agreed criteria. During this phase we get to know exactly what you like and don\u2019t like, because this is your home and not just an investment property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3 \u2013 A shortlist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We then investigate a \u2018shortlist\u2019 of properties on your behalf and prioritise the best candidates. When we view a property we take many digital photos to send you that show the good and the bad so you can get a real feel for the property. This step saves time and money as we guide you through the selection process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4 \u2013 Due Diligence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is where our experience really comes into play. If you are keen to proceed, we evaluate and assess the property in more detail. We look for \u2018potential problems\u2019 or expenses to factor in. We also include a range of protective conditions in the Contract of Sale that are in your favour, not the seller\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
