Step 1 – What are your requirements?
Understanding where you are in your property wealth creation, what you want to achieve, and your time frame to make it happen, is fundamental to developing an investment strategy that’s right for you.
If you’re new to property investments, we’ll explain some of the key basic strategies available to you using simple diagrams and easy to understand language.
If you’re an experienced Australian property investor, we review your existing investment portfolio, and assess whether a different strategy could be more effective in achieving your goals.

Step 2 – Determining your Wealth Creation Investment Strategy
Now that we understand where you are and what you want to achieve, our property investment advice and solutions will help you formulate a realistic strategy to help you achieve your goals.
– We look at ‘Yield Based Strategies’ where the majority of your investment is in the actual ‘bricks and mortar’ that offer stronger rental, bigger depreciation, low maintenance and low capital growth.

Step 3 – Property search
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we undertake a comprehensive search of properties available for sale. Very quickly, we refine our search down from a total pool, often in excess of 15,000 properties, to just a handful of outstanding properties based on our tough selection criteria.
Step 4 – Property Inspection
We take a look at a ‘short list’ of properties on your behalf, and prioritise the best opportunities. We inspect on your behalf, saving you time and money and we guide you through the selection process.
Step 5 – Due Diligence
This is where our extensive experience really comes into its own. If you want to go ahead with the purchase, we’ll evaluate and assess the house in greater detail for your complete peace of mind.We search for any ‘potential problems’ or additional expenses, factoring them in to the overall cost. We’ll also include a number of conditions in your Contract of Sale which are designed to work in the investor’s favour rather than the seller’s.
Step 6 – Accurate Pricing
We take a look at comparable sales data to help us assess the property’s true worth. By obtaining up-to-date information about the house in question, we can make sure that you don’t pay too much.
Step 7 Acquisition Strategy
Now we’re reaching the make or break part of the buying process. Once we’re sure that the potential property ticks all the boxes for your investment strategy, the price is attractive enough and suits your budget, we will then negotiate with the agent for you. We’ll utilise all of our legal tricks of the trade, ensuring you get your investment property for the best possible price.
