I asked Glenn to find me an investment property in October 2001 because I lacked the time to search and wanted to have access to properties before they hit the market. Glenn doorknocked the street I wanted to buy in and managed to negotiate  a house for me at a fantastic price. The property is now valued at $150,000 more than what I purchased it for. Glenn purchased 2 investment properties for me at the end of 2002. One of them Glenn purchased $70,000 under market price. While others were Xmas shopping Glenn was making offers and negotiating. The only thing we were not negotiable on was the price. Glenn used some techniques that enabled us to offer the vendor some compromises that held little monetary gain but were valuable for the vendor in another way. It was a win/win. The other property was also substantially below market and is now rented out to a corporate tenant. I am more than happy to recommend Glenn to any prospective buyer.
