- Access to all current listings in the chosen area
- We can also source “hidden” listings that have not even come on the market
- Property price negotiation
- Property investment education
- Current market update
- Total confidentiality
- Undivided loyalty
- Coordination of necessary support services eg. Solicitor, pest and building inspection, removalists etc
- Coordination of tenancy search if needed
- Complete suburb analysis

As above, with the exception that you source the property and present us with the details before entering into any negotiations.
3. Auction bidding service
Flat $500
As experienced real estate agents, we understand the auction tactics used by agents to obtain the highest price possible. We can spot dummy bidders and help secure a property at auction for the lowest possible price.
*On registration and letter of engagement we require a $1000 registration fee. This amount will be deducted from the buyer’s agent commission. Each buyers agency agreement is for a six month term but can be cancelled with fourteen days notice.
