• Initial consultation with client to obtain a full understanding of what you are looking for
• Extensive market research from reliable sources such as Residex, RP data and BIS Shrapnel
• Access to all current listings in the chosen area
• We can also source “hidden” listings that have not even come on the market
• Property price negotiation
• Property investment education
• Current market update
• Total confidentiality
• Undivided loyalty
• Coordination of necessary support services eg. Solicitor, pest and building inspection, removalists etc
• Coordination of tenancy search if needed
• Complete suburb analysis

2.  You find, we negotiate

     As above, with the exception that you source the property and present us with the details before entering into any negotiations.

3.  Auction bidding service

Flat $500

As experienced real estate agents, we understand the auction tactics used by agents to obtain the highest price possible. We can spot dummy bidders and help secure a property at auction for the lowest possible price.

*On registration and letter of engagement we require a $1000 registration fee. This amount will be deducted from the buyer’s agent commission. Each buyers agency agreement is for a six month term but can be cancelled with fourteen days notice.
